Truly special week in Ibiza. This was my second trip with Natalie and James and again they exceeded all my expectations. Their energy, enthusiasm and care create a healing space unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before. I’ll definitely be seeing them again for another retreat!

This week end has been so transformative, full of healing sessions and beautiful moment in nature, I wasn’t expected to feel as light as I felt after the week end.
Nathalie and James are wonderful healers they are doing this work with their heart and you will feel it. I felt safe, seen and understood which help me to go deeper with the practice.
I will be forever grateful for this 4 magical days, and to Nathalie and James for what they offer.
Just after finishing the retreat, I was thinking of booking another one 🙂 I’m looking foward to another adventure with them.

Take the plunge into the unknown, cold water therapy/WimHof method is a game changing experience and one everyone needs to try. I loved every minute of the Wim Hoff Method Retreat but it really is the incredible work Natalie and Jim put into this retreat that makes it so special. Natalie and Jim shared their experience and journey with us all from the day we met them. They showed us the power of breath work, connections and being your true vulnerable self. I couldn’t recommend this enough from sound healing, breath work, reiki, cacao plant medicine, cold water immersions the list is endless ☺️☺️. I’m already looking forward to booking my next retreat with these guys 🙌. The setting and location was amazing in the Chalet Savoie Faire with the lovely Nikki and Hugh☺️. Incredible Retreat!
The Wim Hof Weekend in the Magical French Alps was an extraordinary experience that provided me with valuable tools for safely incorporating various breathing and cold exposure exercises into my daily routine, in accordance with the Wim Hof Method. The retreat allowed me to explore the depths of this method and its numerous benefits, including increased energy levels and overall well-being. The Yin Yoga sessions were an excellent complement to the breathing and cold exposure exercises.

The team at the retreat was exceptional, catering to my specific dietary requirements with incredible food at Chalet Savoie Faire. The planned activities, including a forest walk and mountain snowshoe, added to the already fantastic experience.

I have always been terrified of cold, as in, I avoid the cold as much as possible having grown up in tropical weather. I decided to face my fear and embrace the cold by attending a Wim Hof weekend with Jim and Natalie. I can now say after only 4 days, the cold not only does not scare me anymore but I have learned to embrace it for its super power. That is all thanks to Jim being super attentive and supportive in guiding us into the cold and Nathalie’s incredible energy motivating you to even pull a few dance moves while in the cold bath/ river.

What an incredible duo that can make you feel like you can do anything. All that accompanied by incredible food, powerful chats and an abundance of laughs. Last but certainly not least, the breathwork…
I mean not only did I step into ice baths, which I never tought was possible for me but I also finally discovered what utter stillness in the form of meditation feels like.
From someone whose mind is always on, finding that off button through breathwork was so rewarding. Another challenge until this weekend that I had wanted to tackle and master.

One thing is certain you walk away from a weekend with them feeling so resilient and bloody proud of yourself and that’s worth everything isn’t?
